Custom Software Development

We are able to provide you with complete, final, ready to deployment solution, built basing on your formal requirements. You may have no formal requirements and just 'in general' imagine what you want to have... It's not a problem! We have System Analyst who may help you to formalize your requirements and you may review them for commencement. Both you and we take participance in setting terms, dates, prices and final product form.

How it works?

• You just contact our Analyst, introduce yourself and briefly describe your requirements; you should indicate you want to apply for product development;
• Our Analyst will contact you to discuss precise terms, start date and application architecture design delivery date;
• After commencement you will be asked for additional information, including agreement for estimated product scope and price;
• After the application architecture design delivery you may review the project technical description; this then is the final stage at which to adjust your requirements and our design;
• Our coders receiving technical description and preparing 2 product versions: full version and 'demo' version (sub-product for full version with set of limitations);
• We then deliver a 'demo-version' and you may test it. Limitations are described explicitelly and must agree with them during testing. Any modifications not co-ordinated at p.4. cannot be accepted as 'bugs' and will not be included in project, except case of additional agreement for terms and price.
• Whilst the demo-version contains 'bugs', we will continue working on it, giving you results for testing.
• After testing completed and we have Release, you then perform final payment and we deliver Release as described in your requirements.

Data Recovery Services

SysDevSoftware specialize in self-service and professional service data recovery products. Thus, we are able to help with your data recovery tasks, providing you with data analysis and recovery strategy suggestion service.
In practice, what can we do for you?

• Analyse damaged data and suggest right recovery strategy;
• Analyse disassembled RAID arrays with 'unknown' configuration to help with data reconstruction;
• Provide you with custom tools to recover data in 'specific' cases: restore damaged disk data structures, find lost data and so on.

We do not provide our customers with Physical Recovery Services (data recovery from physically-damaged storages: with electronic, machanic or other kinds of damage). To process with physical recovery, visit our Partners or other certified Data Recovery Lab.
How it works?

• You contact our Technical Support, introduce yourself and briefly describe your situation;
• Tecnical Support will contact you to precise some aspects or suggest pre-defined recovery strategy;
• In case data analysis is required, you would be requested to prepare small data parts from your storage to provide us for analysis;
• During analysis process, you would be prompted for additional information or additional data for analysis;
• After analysis is complete, you will have step-by-step instruction how to recover your lost data.

Please note: having license for any of our data recovery software products, you have the right to request this service once for free.
Any subsequent request or analysis request with no valid software license require service fee to be paid.
